So you need a wedding photographer?

Trying to find a good wedding vendor feels a little like the old days of being on all those dating apps, doesn't it? Just when you thought you were done swiping left, you get to start all over again with wedding venues, event planners, photographers, designers, bakers, florists, and DJs that just don't "fit" your vision of your wedding day. It can be downright exhausting. All the meetings start to feel an awful lot like bad first dates that have no hope for a future. My personal favorite was the vendors who ghosted us after we gave them our number, leaving us to wonder what was wrong with us. Was it something we said?

Maybe I'm being a little dramatic, or perhaps things have gotten better in the past few years. You may not actually run into any of that, and I sincerely hope you don't! But this is why I run a no-nonsense operation over here. I know that you have a lot of decisions to make, and I respect that. I'm not going to waste your time, and I'm not going to pressure you into booking with me. In fact, if you're not sure about "us", I don't want you to hire me. Yep, I said it, and here's why. I can do my job much better when you love what you see here, but most importantly, when you trust me.
